Conditions of Sale

1. Scope and acceptance

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate all purchases made through the Cocôa Concept website ( www.cocoaconcept.pt ).
1.2. By submitting an order, the Customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these Conditions of Sale, prior to concluding the contract.

2. Payment methods

The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods, all subject to confirmation of payment prior to shipping:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • MB WAY
  • Multibanco (reference generated at checkout)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

No additional fees are charged for using any of these methods.

3. Shipping costs

  • Free shipping for orders whose total value (excluding shipping) is equal to or greater than €70.00 (Standard Delivery).
  • For orders under €70.00, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the delivery address.
  • Available mode: Standard Delivery .

4. Delivery terms and methods

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • The carrier responsible for Standard Delivery makes the delivery within the estimated time indicated at the end of the purchase.
  • In case of stock shortage or delay, the Customer will be informed by email and may choose to wait, choose an alternative product or cancel the order.

5. Right to free resolution

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the Customer has 14 days to exercise the right of free resolution, without the need to indicate a reason:

  1. The 14-day period is counted from the date on which the Customer (or a third party indicated by him) takes physical possession of the goods.
  2. To exercise the right, the Customer must send, before the end of this period, the Withdrawal Form (Annex B of DL 24/2014), available at:
  3. The Customer bears the direct costs of return, unless the goods are defective.
  4. Goods must be returned to the address indicated by those responsible for Cocôa Concept.

6. Refund

  • The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal declaration or the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no additional cost.
  • The refunded amount will include all amounts paid, excluding shipping costs.

7. Exchange policy

For exchanges of size or model, our policy defined in “Refund Policy” applies (exchanges only, up to 14 days after receipt – see www.cocoaconcept.pt/politica-de-reembolso):
  • Eligible items: no signs of use, with original tags and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Process: prior contact by email to cocoaconceptshop@gmail.com and sending to the address above.
  • Cocôa Concept bears the shipping costs for the return; the Customer bears the shipping costs for the new item.

8. Long-lasting support

After confirmation of the order, all pre-contractual information (description of goods, total price, shipping, payment methods, delivery time and right of withdrawal) is sent by email, guaranteeing access on a durable medium (art. 10 of DL 24/2014).
