Refund Policy

Exchange Policy – Cocôa Concept

Thank you for shopping at Cocôa Concept!

Our policy provides for exchanges and returns .
You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return. After this period, no exchange or return requests will be accepted.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

For your exchange or return to be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be in exactly the same condition as it was sold , without any damage, defects or signs of use;
  • Must keep the original label attached and be returned in the original packaging;
  • Exchanges will only be accepted upon presentation of a receipt or proof of purchase .

Attention : Items that show signs of use, damage or faults that are not attributable to Cocôa Concept will not be accepted for exchange or return.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of the following items:

  • Gift cards;
  • Health and personal care items (e.g. lingerie, masks, etc.).

Defective or Damaged Items

In cases where the item has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, it will be exchanged for the same item (model, size and color, subject to availability in stock).

Exchange Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.

If the exchange is approved, we will ship the new item within a reasonable time frame, subject to stock availability.


Shipping Costs

  • Cocôa Concept is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item;
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable ;
  • If the exchange is approved, the Customer will bear the shipping costs of the new item;
  • In the case of a return, the shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Responsibility

In the case of exchange, Cocôa Concept is responsible for the shipping method and respective costs.
In case of return, we recommend that you use a trackable or insured shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item .

Important Note:

Please do not send the item directly to Cocôa Concept . All items to be exchanged must be sent to the address indicated by Cocôa Concept later.
